LIMITED WARRANTY INDOOR/SEMI-OUTDOOR SIGNS
Affordableled.com warrants new LED Product from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation only. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective LED within the noticed period and electrical parts provided the defect occurred within the noticed period of usage from the date of purchase and provided the product is returned or notified immediately to Affordableled.com. To qualify for warranty service, the receipt or invoice must be identified the date of purchase. At the option of the Affordableled.com, the warranty may be prorated, and a purchase price credit may be applied. This credit can only be applied to purchase of the new Affordableled.com LED product(s).
Affordableled.com will at its options, repair or replace it. This warranty shall not apply to any chargeback labor if caused by customer’s improper installation, usage, or any part which is used for a purpose for which it is not designed for which shall have been repaired or altered in any way so as to affect adversely its performance and reliability, an shall this warranty apply to any part which has been subject to misuse, neglect, vandalism, accident, failure to follow installation instructions, or Acts of God. Purchaser assumed all risk and liability for incidental and consequential damage resulting from installation and use of Affordableled.com products.
Exchange option is not offered in this Limited Warranty. Please contact the salesperson to request if an exchange of the item is available.
LIMITED WARRANTY OUTDOOR SIGNS
Affordableled.com warrants your new Affordable LED Sign to be free from defects in factory materials and workmanship. Products believed to be a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced upon investigation of the issue. Each new Versa Series Product includes a (3)Year Limited Warranty.
Affordableled.com’s 3 Year Limited Warranty coverage
Defective parts are covered for 1 year from ship date / warranty activation **
- Electronic controller circuit boards
- LED panel assemblies *
- Power supplies, temperature sensor, and auto dimmer
- Embedded Wi-Fi communication devices
- Wires, plugs, and ribbon cables.
In-Factory Labor is covered for 3 years from ship date/warranty activation **
- Labor costs for repairing parts or complete products in Affordableled.com’s factory location.
Exceptions:
* Less than 2% of dead LED lamps is considered acceptable and is not covered under warranty
** Shipping both ways not covered
Affordableled.com will provide quick service for replacing key parts in need of replacement. If a MLS product requires a replacement part or parts, Affordableled.com will send the customer the replacement part(s) once a credit card number is provided for security. Then the customer shall send the defective part(s) back to Affordableled.com within 30 days or the customer’s card will be charged for the full value of the replacement part(s). This service allows the customer to get the sign back in working condition quickly and decreases display downtime.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
This warranty shall not apply to any product for improper installation, unauthorized vandalism, destruction, loss, theft, negligence, damage or misuse of product. Nor does this warranty cover any malfunction or damage due to natural disasters or extraordinary weather conditions, such as, but not limited to: hurricane, typhoon, tsunami, earthquake or severe weather.
* Affordableled.com reserves all the rights to modify or change this warranty without notice at anytime. Affordableled.com MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS OR ANY SERVICES AND DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OR TRADE PRACTICE.
